Military, Spouses & Veterans Support
ERUdyne has built a Military Partnership Program to provide support to our military in transition, military spouses and dependents, and our veterans (and their spouses and dependents). Our program encompasses an ecosystem of resources that address ALL aspects of support needed for a service member as they begin their transition to civilian life. Within our overall program we have established the Transition to Civilian Workforce Program (TCWP).
The TCWP encompasses three primary components:
- Department of Defense (DoD) and Virginia Chamber Hire Vets Now approved SkillBridge Program: Crisis Management Internship / Fellowship.
- Credentialing through the Army COOL program for FAA Part 107 UAS Drone Pilots
- Crisis Management, Cryptocurrency Investigator, FAA Part 107 UAS Drone Pilot, Construction Project & Facilities Management and Project Management certifications available through individual funding.
The apprenticeship / fellowship training focuses on Crisis Management, Disaster Response and Recovery and infrastructure protection.
Our workforce development / employment to hire provides access and introductions to resources that will help the military service member reach the potential employers and/or workforce opportunities that will help them gain employment or establish their own business.
The employer matching service introduces the service member to potential employers that have confirmed job openings. If the service members goal is to be self-employed, we will provide similar assistance, such as customer matching and assisting them in identifying organizations that could use their services.
Engagement Process
ERUdyne and the organization seeking to help the military member in transition will identify and assign them a Point of Contact at ERUdyne to become their liaison throughout the timeframe they are enrolled in our program. This person will assist them in making the needed contacts once they move to the employment/hiring phase of the program.
